Flash CS4 105 Encoding Video for Adobe CS4
Adobe should not sell another copy of After Effects or Flash without including a copy of this video - absolutely fantastic!

My question: I'm trying to get a workflow down to post video to Youtube. Robert posted very clear instructions on how to take an existing movie, take it into Quicktime and set it up from there. My question is, what kind of movie should I build to use for this? I'm assuming it's one of the formats that work with QuickTime but he spends a lot of time building video for the Flash player (FLV/F4V) in his movies. What format should I build my movie with in After Effects CS4 so that I can send it to Quicktime and up to Youtube?

Thanks in advance,
Rich
